“St. John’s High school is one of the oldest co-educational schools in Karimnagar,Andhra Pradesh, India. It was established in the year 1963 and was named after St. John the beloved disciple of Jesus Christ . It was founded by Fr. Silvio Pasquali and is managed by the institute of Catechist sisters of St. Ann, Secunderabad. The convent and the educational institutions are founded and managed by a Roman Catholic Charitable Organisation named as “Catechist Sisters of St. Ann” Congregation. Here after I address it as CSA congregation or CSA Sisters. St. John’s Community , Karimnagar was established in the year 1963 in Tukka Rao complex , Ambedkar Road.
St. John’s High school was started in the year 1963 and shifted to the existing place in 1967 and the first batch of X-Class students rolled out in March 1969. And in the same year Telugu Medium school was upgraded as High school. In 1988 St. John’s institutions completed 25 years of its existence. And celebrated Silver Jubilee. In that connection Auditorium was constructed.
